Metal Mesh Belts
Averinox delivers metal conveyor belts made of wire. These belts are used in a number of different transporting and / or separation applications for a variety of reasons. Applications can be found in many industries, for example textile-, wood-pulp, glass & insulation- and food industry. A brief description of some common applied types can be found below.
Averinox has a 24-hour service facility available that can provide immediate assistance, supply and/or mounting of metal conveyor belts.
Twisted wire mesh belts are applied for example in producing of paper (card board). Many design features can be varied. This woven belt type can be manufactured produced with curved/crimped, straight and/or flat weft rods. A twisted wire cable is always used in warp direction. A special type is the so called tracking belt (pre-crimped weft wires).

Metal spiral mesh belts are mainly used for transporting and drying applications in extreme conditions, for example high temperatures. Chain driven applications and /or guarding devices are available depending on the project. Applied materials are often stainless steel types. Advantages of metal spiral meshes are among others: stable property against heat and moisture and a long lifespan.
