Welded Mesh
Mesh composed of welded, intersecting wires and strips is probably one of the most frequently used materials. A characteristic aspect of these materials is that the wires are spot-welded at the intersections, which ensures a strong and rigid product. Averinox supplies welded mesh on your specification.

Sintered Mesh
Sintered woven wire mesh and sintered web can be in used for several (fine) filtration applications in for example the petrochemical and chemical industry, water conditioning and pharmaceutics.
Sintered woven wire mesh consist of multi-layers of woven wire mesh laminated together by use of 'sintering'.
This creates an enormous class of new materials with a very wide variety of mechanical properties. By combining multiple layers of different mesh weavings, it is possible to design materials with specific target thickness, permeability, pore size, and mechanical strength. Knitted Mesh
Knitted wire meshes have a typical structure. These meshes, thanks to their great ductility, allow for making bodies of quite different geometry and density. It grant a good distribution of pressure. This physical and technical quality make them suitable to meet a wide range of (industrial) applications. Specific knitted structures are also called technical textiles. Knitted Spacer Fabric
A special structure is called knitted spacer fabric. This material is produced via a special knitting technique and has specific 3-dimensional properties. Knitted spacer fabric can be used as absorbtion & support material in among others like cushions for matrasses and chairs. It is also used for industrial support applications in filters and as filter medium. Averinox is able to advise you the appropriated (standard) knitted mesh type for your application.

Extruded Mesh
Extruded mesh or netting is commonly used for all kind of applications, from filtration/support to ethetic applications. Extruded mesh differs from woven meshes. They have a greater dimensional stability and rigidity, as the joint structure is welded together. Extruded mesh is available in many different varieties, with regard to application and specification. Applied materials are mostly polypropylene or polyethylene. Synthetic Belt Filters
Averinox delivers a special type of woven wire mesh belts: a double weave woven wire belt. This belt consist of two layers: a flat top layer and a support layer. Double weave woven wire belts are mainly used for solid/liquid filtration applications in for example (petro)chemical industries and water treatment, as a belt, drum or disc filter.

Perforated Media
Perforated plates are used in a number of different applications for a variety of reasons. Perforation will be obtained by punching.
Used mostly as screens, filters, shields, and guards, perforated materials can control the passage of air, liquid, light, solids, heat, electromagnetic waves, and sound waves. Supplied either fully perforated or with margins and/or blank areas, perforated sheet can be produced to meet your design and production requirements.
